Open Question: Cosplay Questions..? {Please look and help!}?

So, I need to find a good cosplay store near Poteau Oklahoma. perferably near Fort Smith Arkansas. I've looked around and could only find the 'Anime Super Store' and, by a look of their inventory online, it doesn't seem that they have any outfits and I'd rather not buy them online, as I can only order from inside the U.S. {and only off of Amazon.com} I'm cosplaying as Alois Trancy from Black Butler.
