ok me and spouse are going through divorce its been 2 weeks since she been served i could have a court date any day and i been calling court house everyday see if she respond to her papers she was served and she has not responded, im in arkansas what happens now if she doesnt respond in the 30 day period ?? can she show up for court even if she dont respond?? What im trying to ask is , can she wait 30 not respond and then show up to court?? will the judge even talk to her if she didnt put nothing in writing?... Read More »
