Open Question: umm... what are the gun collecting laws in oklahoma and arkansas?

okay... this is gonna sound wierd but, we live in oklahoma (me, my parents and my sisters) and we are moving to arkansas... but, well you see my mom was cleaning out the cabinet when she found a vintage ww1 era mauser (made around 1924) and we were wondering if we would have to get a permit to have it in a collection or what... can you guys help???...
