Open Question: does it matter what school you go to for college?

I am an undergraduate who narrow it down to 2 universities (University of Arkansas and University of North Florida). I want to major in either marketing management or international business concentration of marketing @ university of arkansas or Marketing or transportation and logistics at University of North Florida. I live in Florida so I have bright future $94 per credit off so I wouldn't have to pay for a dorm @ UNF and my total debt for college is $12000.
