Open Question: where is the best place to live in arkansas?

safest? with many things close, like minutes away, not wanting to be in the complete middle of nowhere, but not a huge city. I am from Maryland, born and raised in Baltimore MD, and now am married with 2 young kids and have lived in BelAir MD now for 8 years. some place not extremely pricey either. Just looking for low crime, nice schools, a 7-ll, grocery store, bars & shopping minutes away, but neighborly not like a city, lol Can anyone suggest some places? Will plan on visiting before we decide, but would like to know names of places like I mentioned to know what to visit.
